Awww, various vocals and the backing vocals, soo silent and tender Enjoying all its fragility It's very intriguing as you emphases a few words as you sing!!
Believe it or not, but you created an autumn atmosphere and I love it

It sounds like OWD is doin' some of your backing vocals! I like the deep bassline of this track. The melody is so sorrowful, yet so groovy! Also, I can't name what instrument it is... but that little rattle-like sound in the percussion is quite a nice little addition.
Nice work.

Nice. A very lush production. It has an aura of mystery as each layer of the veil is revealed as the song progresses. Your voice sounds wonderfully cryptic and gives the song a very enjoyable flavor. Excellent production. Thanks for letting me know about this.

You wrote this in '96? So ten years later it gets made? Thats really cool, I love the keys in here. Very mysterious. There is indeedly an array of instruments in here, and they all come in to give some underlying emotional movement. The sound effects at the beginning are awesome. Love the soft pads in the background. The chimes. The piano, the timpani, its all good. The lyrics have a great subtle progression. Great job!

I'm very impressed by all the instruments and how they are arranged: what is especially good I think, is how those keys are always there, a brilliant thing to "ground" the song in. All those other sounds and melodies that enter now and then work so well around that center that the keys create.
There's both pain and longing in your voice, maybe more than I've heard in your songs before. It is simply a beautiful song Denny. You know that, not least when there's a good melody, like the one in here that comes out clearly while all the little, careful details and twists in the arrangement work just as well, all at the same time. Great job, again!

Dark, brooding and melancholy. It has a truly haunting effect in the vocals and their harmony echos. That industrial metallic beat keeps on so remorselessly like a nagging emotion. I really enjoyed listening to this, it's powerful and full of drama. I don't need to say anything about the unique tones in your voice, you must know all about that! Oh! I just did say!

Great arrangement and production. The keys work beautifully providing the perfect backdrop for your vocals which in themselves have shown a another side of your abilities. The deep brooding tones at the beginning are sublime. And the song itself, is as beautiful as it is haunting. Words are not enough...Mike

I had this on a little too loud to handle that ringing sound in the left speaker. that's a ballsy sound.
very pained tone to the vocals, but confidently expressive, more like a tortured pain than a distant, melancholy one.
I like it.

Your productions have always slammed Denny, and this one is no exception. A lot of heart and soul can be felt from this mix. The orchestration, as sparse as it is, sounds so lush and full. And then your vocals over the top ...
Beautiful song D....this one's a download

this is really good. i like the attention to the panning. i like the different textures and the slight dips and modulations into minor feel here and there. i'd like to hear a live instrument on top of all this plushness, a little dirtying up might suit this mix nicely.

That's profound stuff...Very beautiful, chillin' music. So much mood and atmosphere in the tune. Very good song composition, melodies and vocals. This one has classic 80s (especially "New Romantic" movements) elements... It remind me a little of Visage - I'm thinking about a song called "Fade To Grey". Fantastic work as usual, Denny. Keep it up.

Nice minimal intro...you've got us all in a fit of suspense for what's coming. I dig the off-center percussion, and your chords are so unintrusive, this has the purity of acapella. Speaking of vocals, there's so much pain (and sensuality ) in your delivery that I'm very impressed, as well as a little saddened and discomfitted by this one; it's very beautiful, and a little unnerving. Wonderful work, Denny.

I think the final wave sounds are fitting since the whole piece gives this mood of drifting away on a boat and not knowing when you see land again.
